Back in Italy
Allora...
After a lovely week in London, I'm now back at work in Tuscany. And it's hot! Nice and dry, so all good. Next week i'll be training on another trip and finally get to go to the Cinque Terra! Can't wait! Will finish in Venice, then i have another week off. Am thinking Croatia - its a bit early, but a relaxed week on a beach sounds lovely...

Do you have to know all about the places you take people? Like the history and shit, or do you just make it up as you go?

i try to learn as much as possible, becoming a bit of an expert now. When i don't know something, i just say i'll try to find out, then hope they forget!
